Notice Date: November 05, 2024
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions of use, and procedures applicable to the use of “Refundy” (the “Service”) provided by Refundy (the “Company”).
2. Effect and Changes to the Terms
- These Terms take effect for all Members who agree to them and are posted on the Refundy website or otherwise announced.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Unless otherwise required, the Company will announce changes on the Refundy website at least 7 days prior to the effective date. If a change is unfavorable to Members, the Company will provide individual notice or announce the change at least 30 days in advance.
- If the Company clearly states that lack of objection by the effective date constitutes consent, and a Member does not express rejection by 7 days after the announcement/notice date, the Member will be deemed to have accepted the amended Terms. Members who do not agree may terminate their use agreement.
3. Governing Rules Outside the Terms
- Matters not specified herein are governed by applicable laws, the Company’s operating policies, rules, help guides, notices, or other detailed guidelines posted on the website (collectively, “Supplemental Guidelines”), and any separate written agreement executed between a Member and the Company (“Written Agreement”).
- If there is any conflict among a Written Agreement, Supplemental Guidelines, and these Terms, the order of precedence is: Written Agreement → Supplemental Guidelines → these Terms.
