Refundy (“the Company”) processes personal information for the following purposes. The collected personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below. If the purpose of use changes, we will obtain prior consent.

Membership Registration and Management
- To confirm membership intent, identify and authenticate users for membership services, maintain and manage membership status, prevent fraudulent use of services, provide notifications, handle complaints, preserve records for dispute resolution, and comply with limited identification requirements.
Provision of Goods or Services
- To provide services, deliver invoices, supply content, offer personalized services, perform user authentication (including age verification), and process payment and billing.
Marketing and Advertising
- To develop new services/products, provide tailored services, deliver event information and promotional offers, confirm service effectiveness, analyze usage statistics, and track access frequency.

Refundy processes and retains personal information within the legally permitted period or for the duration agreed upon when information is collected.

When urgently necessary to protect the life, body, or property of the data subject or a third party.
When provided in anonymized form for statistical or academic research.
When provision is essential for performing statutory duties approved by the Personal Information Protection Commission.
When required for treaty obligations, international cooperation, law enforcement, court proceedings, or execution of protective measures.
